Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable for damaged or defective goods, or, if you are not happy with your product in any way. 

If your product is a specifically customised item, we are not able to refund you for any other reason than your product arrives damaged, or defective. 

In this case, you have 30 days from receipt to contact us on any of our contact details and request a returns number. Please take photos of your damaged product and if possible, don't accept the item from the courier if you suspect damage. 

If your item is defective or damaged, we will issue a full refund upon receipt of the damaged item to our offices.

All other products are 60 day return items (if you are not happy with your product) will be subject to postage costs (you pay postage) and a 25% restocking fee. We cannot give a refund if your item is not in a resalable condition.
