Q: How long is delivery?


From placing your order we dispatch usually within 1 - 2 days, (but may be longer at busy times) please allow 1- 7 days for your order to arrive (select special delivery for 1 - 3 day delivery). Expedited options may are available and tracking is provided once your order is dispatched for these.

You can check the progress of your order on our Tracking Page (once you have received your tracking number for premium options). 

New Delivery time estimates are:

UK: 1 - 5 working days (UK Stock Option)

Europe: 3 - 5 working days (EU Stock Options)

CA, AUS: 16-35 working days

Rest of world: 20-45 working days

Q: Where are you based, are you real people?!

A: Yes! we are based in the UK/EU and we have staff globally. We have been in the E-Commerce space for many years starting with a Mobile Phone Accessory Shop (mobymode.com), since then we have progressed to operate both online and offline with many businesses.  (take a look at our About Us Page to see more). Please note, our Products, like many things (even iPhones) are manufactured in the Far East. 

Q: What is your returns policy?

A: We have a no worries 60 day return period if you are not satisfied (unless a custom Item). If you don't like your masks, just return it to us in 60 days for a refund! (Terms Apply).  

Q: Do you provide tracking for orders?

A: Yes, it may take a couple of days for your tracking number to be processed but once it is, we will email you an update and you can track your order on our tracking page

Q: Are payments and my details secure?

A: Yes, as you can see, we are a legitimate European based business and adhere to UK/EU Company Law, our Credit Card Payments are processed by Stripe/Shopify Payments and we don't handle any payment data ourselves, Stripe/Shopify Payments has full PCI compliance. You can also pay with Paypal. Your personal data is governed by UK Data Laws. 

Q: Can we call you?

A: Yes! our numbers are listed in our header.

Q: Why should we buy from you?

A: You can call us any time and you are dealing with a nice bunch of people! 

Q: Will these masks protect me from viruses and other alergens?

A : Whilst these face coverings do contain a P2.5 Charcoal Filter for pollution and allergen filtering, we do not claim that they will have any positive effect in limiting the chance of catching colds, flu or any other virus.

The masks are intended as a fashion item/face covering only and are not classed as PPE health care items. 

In certain countries, there may also be restrictions on maximum sale prices of certain PPE and masks, where this is the case, you must clarify yourself that our items do not fall into the category that has a maximum sale price before purchasing.   

We do hope that the wearing of none surgical/health care face coverings will be encouraged as opposed to Health Care grade masks by the general public, as it saves the professional PPE for Health Care and Key Workers.
